Why is my device not responding when I tap a popup window? (Xperia XA1 Ultra)
You might experience that your device isn’t responding when you tap the ALLOW button in a popup window. This may be because you have enabled the One-handed operations option in the Settings menu. This is a known issue in Android™ 7.0 (Nougat), caused by a Google™ security mechanism. A workaround is to go back to normal (full-screen) operation mode. Tap the full screen icon in the top-left or top-right corner.
