Unable to connect Bluetooth headphones or speakers to a mobile device
If you can't connect your headphones or speakers to a mobile device, it's possible a Bluetooth® connection is already made with the mobile device, or the Bluetooth pairing isn't set correctly. You may need to disconnect or unpair the connected mobile device in order to pair the new mobile device.
Pairing a Near Field Communication (NFC™) compatible device
Touch the NFC mark of the Bluetooth device with the NFC mark of the headphones, or speaker when using an NFC-compatible headphones, speakers, or a Bluetooth device.
Pairing an Android™ device
Follow the steps below if you have a non NFC-compatible Android device.
- Set the headphones or speaker to the pairing mode.
