When the network update fails, check the following:
- Select Setup → Network Settings → Network Connection Status.
If the network connection is not successfully established, select Setup → Network Settings → Internet Settings, and then follow the on-screen instructions. For details, refer to the product Help Guide.
- Even if the network connection is successfully established, the network update may fail if the connection speed is low. Check the network settings on the router.
