Using LE Audio on Sony headphones with LE Audio support
Before pairing with the ECM-W5 and ECM-W5R, make sure to use the Sound Connect smartphone app to switch to the LE Audio connect mode.

Hint:
If you connect to the receiver before using the Sound Connect smartphone app to switch to the LE Audio connect mode, the connection will be in the Classic Audio mode, and you will not be able to use the monitoring function or binaural recording function. To switch to the LE Audio connection mode, first cancel pairing between the receiver and headphones and then use the Sound Connect smartphone app to switch to the LE Audio connect mode before pairing the receiver and headphones once again.
