Why am I unable to perform Optimize apps (personalization)?

    In some operating environments, the optimization of the application may be unsuccessful. If this occurs, try the following:

    1. Confirm if the version of the music service application on your device is compatible with 360 Reality Audio.
    2. Update the Sony | Headphones Connect app to version 6.1.3 or higher.
    3. Perform 360 Reality Audio Setup again from the Sony | Headphones Connect app.
