CREATORS' CLOUD
    Creators' App

The camera becomes hot and the power turns off when continuously uploading images from the camera to the cloud for a long time.

Transferring large quantities of data from the camera over a long period of time requires a lot of power, which can easily result in the camera generating heat. This can cause the surface of the camera to become hot, and can affect image quality as well as placing a strain on the internal parts of the camera, and therefore the camera is designed to automatically turn off to prevent this from happening.
If the power turns off due to rising temperatures, and the transfer stops, leave the camera turned off until it cools down, then restart. Images that have been successfully transferred will remain in the cloud, even if the power turns off during the transfer. The remaining images will be transferred once the transfer has been restarted.

When uploading for a long time, try the following.

    • Set camera MENU → (Setup) → [Power Setting Option] → [Auto Power OFF Temp.] to [High].
In this case, use a tripod or similar rather than shooting by hand. Prolonged handheld shooting may cause low-temperature burns.
    • Open the camera monitor.
    • For movie recording, set the camera to still image mode during standby.
    • For movie recording, set the resolution and frame rate under camera MENU → (Shooting) → [Image Quality/Rec] → [Movie Settings] to a lower value, if possible.
