The sound is interrupted or keeps cutting on and off while driving.

• If this issue occurs while playing a CD, consult the instruction manual of your CD player or changer for information regarding Electronic Shock Protection (ESP).
• If this issue is occurring on a Bluetooth® wireless equipped radio during bluetooth transmission, it may be that your signal is being interrupted by high frequency noise caused by the vehicle's motor or electrical system. Installing a noise suppressor or having the wiring checked for proper grounding may help resolve this issue.
