The Display Shows the RESET, ERROR, ERROR 99, E99, or OFFSET Message
Power fluctuations from connected components cause these errors to appear. If your car stereo has a RESET button, press it to reset the error.
Note:
- If you installed a modulator, contact the system installer to help you locate the modulator.
- After you press the RESET button, you'll lose the clock and tuner presets. You can reprogram them after the car stereo boots up.
- Ask a professional installer to connect and troubleshoot any other connected components.
- Additional information on reset procedures and connections are available in the manuals for each component.
Manuals are posted on your model support page.
If the reset procedure doesn't resolve the issue or if your car stereo has no reset button, your device may need service.  Go to Product Repair.
