The computer does not recognize the camera when importing pictures wirelessly using PlayMemories Home.

If the camera is not recognized by the computer when importing pictures using the PlayMemories Home software, follow the steps below.

NOTE: Not all cameras and camcorders are compatible with Wi-Fi import in PlayMemories Home. To check if your camera or camcorder is compatible with Wi-Fi import, check the instruction manual or specifications. Manuals are posted on your model support page.

1. In the main screen of PlayMemories Home, select Tools.
2. Click Settings from the drop down list.
3. Select Import.
4. Check Import automatically from a device that supports Wi-Fi import.
5. Click OK.
