If the camera is not recognized by the computer when importing pictures using the PlayMemories Home software, follow the steps below.
NOTE: Not all cameras and camcorders are compatible with Wi-Fi import in PlayMemories Home. To check if your camera or camcorder is compatible with Wi-Fi import, check the instruction manual or specifications.

- In the main screen of PlayMemories Home, select Tools.
- Click Settings from the drop down list.
- Select Import.
- Check Import automatically from a device that supports Wi-Fi import.
- Click OK.
