The headphones won't pair with the device or won't connect with the device once paired

    Notes:
    • If you have paired the headphones with multiple devices before and now can't connect with one of those devices, refer to the Unable to connect the headphones or speaker to a device when I have paired it with multiple devices article.
    • When you pair the headphones using the Bluetooth settings of the connecting device, select the headphones model name without the LE- prefix. If you only see the headphones model name with LE- prefix, wait for a few seconds until the model name without prefix LE- is displayed.
