Set the Portable Player to USB Connection Mode

Steps to Set the USB Connection Mode
- Press the HOME button.
Note: The location of the Home button may vary. To understand the locations and functions of buttons on your device, refer to your manual.
- From the Home menu, select Settings.
Note: The following guide pictures were taken from an NWZ-A17 Walkman player. The home screen and menu of your Walkman may vary, but the steps should be the same.
- From the Settings menu, select Common Settings.
- From the Common Settings menu, select USB Connection Mode.
- When Use when USB connection cannot be established. Use this mode? appears, select Yes.
