The Walkman player does not respond after transferring files from the computer.

    This will occur when the number of the files being transferred to the Walkman® player exceeds the specified number of files that can be stored in the Walkman player. When more than 2,000 files in a folder are transferred to your Walkman, it may no longer respond or may not playback the transferred files. In this case, connect the Walkman to a computer using a USB cable and delete unwanted files.

    NOTE: Delete the music files using the software that was used to transfer the music files to the Walkman player.
