Step 1: Install the update

  4. Select "Firmware Version".
  5. Select "Update".
    • If you cannot press "Update" (the "Update" button is grayed out), check the file structure of the USB storage device. The update files may be missing or not be saved to the correct location of the USB storage device.
    • If the message "Please visit the support site and connect the USB device (with Update firmware) to USB port" is displayed on the unit, check the files in the USB storage device. The USB storage device may not contain the correct update files.
    • If the version displayed is not 1.22, download the latest update file. You may not be using the correct update files.
  6. Select "Update" again. The unit will then begin updating.
The update will take approximately 5 minutes to complete.

Step 2: Confirm that the update was successful

  1. Turn the main unit "ON".
