This utility resolves a low volume playback issue with ICD-P series recorders.

Important Notes

This update applies for Digital Voice Editor Software versions 2.12, 2.13, 2.2 and 2.21 only.
For Windows® 2000 and Windows® XP operating systems: During the installation of this update, be sure that you are logged in as the Administrator or as a user with Administrative rights.
To ensure that no other program interferes with the installation, save all work and close all other programs. The Taskbar should be clear of applications before proceeding.
It is highly recommended to print out these instructions as a reference during the installation process.

Download and Installation Instructions

Close all open programs that are running to prevent possible interference with the installation of this update. The Taskbar should be clear of applications before proceeding.
Download the DVE2PATCHA.EXE file to a temporary or download directory (please note this directory for reference).
Go to the directory where the file was downloaded and double-click the DVE2PATCHA.EXE file to begin the installation.
Follow the on-screen instructions carefully to complete the installation.
