    This utility updates the STR-DH710 Multi Channel AV Receiver system software to add support for 3D features.

    Before You Start

    Check the Current Software Version

    Please follow the steps below check the current software version to determine if your STR-DH710 Multi Channel AV Receiver needs a system software upgrade to support 3D features.

    Front Panel Controls
    1. Press On/Standby Button (on/standby) to turn off the receiver.
    2. While holding down the INPUT MODE and DISPLAY buttons, press On/Standby Button to display the software version.
    3. If the software version shown on the receiver display is VER 1.004 or VER 1.011, please continue to the next section.
      Note: This upgrade can only be installed if the current software version is 1.004 or 1.011.
    4. Press On/Standby Button to turn off the receiver.

    Check the Serial Number

    Only STR-DH710 Multi Channel AV Receiver units within a certain serial number range require this update to support 3D features.Serial Number Location

    The 7-digit serial number can be found near the lower right corner on the back of the receiver.

    Please enter the serial number without any spaces, and then click "Continue".
