Please provide information, such as sign-ins, etc., for Sony Account or Creators' Cloud membership.

You can use the Creators' Cloud service by signing in with your Sony Account. You do not need to sign in to use Monitor & Control.

By subscribing to a Creators' Cloud membership, you can use the various features pertaining to Sony digital cameras. A Sony Account is required when subscribing to a Creators' Cloud membership. A Sony Account is used not only for the Creators' Cloud membership but also for PlayStation and other included Sony services.

You can cancel your membership in the Monitor & Control app, or on the website. Note that, the following methods will only delete your Creators' Cloud membership; your Sony Account will remain active.

Canceling in the app

First, sign in to the account that you want to cancel. Then select (Menu) → [Settings/Support] → [Account] → [Unregister the Creators' Cloud Membership].

Canceling on the website

Unsubscribe using the following URL.
creatorscloud.sony.net/app/account-close/

Unregister from all services that you have registered for using your Sony Account. When you are no longer registered for any services, your Sony Account will be automatically deleted.
