I can't wear the INZONE E9 headphones, or they fall out of my ears

Check the following instructions for proper use of the headphones:

• Check left and right indicators
  • Ensure you correctly identify the left and right sides of the headphones.
  • The left unit is marked with a tactile dot on the INZONE unique plug for easy identification.

• Adjust the hanger for a secure fit
  If the hanger is difficult to place on the ear or doesn't sit securely, rotate the INZONE unique plug to bring the hanger closer to your face.

• Choose the appropriate earbud tips

  • Experiment with different earbud tips to find the best fit for each ear.
  • The headphones come pre-fitted with M-size hybrid earbud tips at the time of purchase.
