Error 400 or 404 Appears or YouTube Doesn't Launch on a Blu-ray Disc Player

    Follow these steps if the YouTube™ app gets stuck on the screen, or you get this error when launching the the app on your Blu-ray Disc™ player:

    Update Services

    1. On the supplied remote control, press the HOME button.
    2. Select the YouTube app icon.
    3. Press the OPTIONS button.
    4. Select Update Services or Update List.
      • The Internet content is ready displays on the screen.
    5. Select Close.
    6. Launch the YouTube app.

    Initialize Personal Information

    If the steps above don't work, follow these steps:

    IMPORTANT: This procedure will erase your stored personal information (login, all apps, and network settings). Make sure to take note of the network settings before your follow this procedure.

    1. Press the HOME button.
    2. Select Setup.
    3. Select Resetting.
    4. Select Initialize Personal Information.
    5. Select OK if the precautions are displayed.
    6. Select Close.
    7. Press the ENTER button after the Initialization complete message appears.
    8. Press the RETURN button to return to settings.
    9. Select Network Settings.
    10. Select Internet Settings.
    11. Configure the network settings.
    12. Press the HOME button to return to the home screen.
    13. Select Featured Apps.
      • Displays the recommended app.

    If you have an older model, follow these steps to see the apps:

    1. Press the HOME button.
    2. Select Setup.
    3. Select Video.
    4. Select Internet Video.
      • Displays the END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT .
    5. Select Agree and Next.
    6. Launch the YouTube app.
