The sound from the Subwoofer is too low

    Follow the steps below if the sound from the subwoofer is too low

    Note: The subwoofer is a speaker for playing bass sounds. Sound from the subwoofer may be hard to hear when the input source has less bass sound, such as TV broadcast.

    1. On the remote control, press the + (subwoofer volume) button to turn up the volume on the subwoofer.

      Note: The button name varies depending on the model.

    2. If Night mode is set to ON, set it to OFF.

      Note: For details regarding Night mode, refer to the product manual.

    3. Play the test tone or sample music to verify if any sound is coming out of the subwoofer:

      • HT-X9000F/XF9000/Z9F/ZF9
        1. Press the HOME button on the remote control.
        2. Select Setup.
        3. Select Advanced Settings.
        4. Select Speaker Settings.
        5. Select Manual Speaker Settings.
        6. Select Test Tone, and then select On.
          Note: Select Off to end playback of Test Tone.
      • Other models
        1. Press the INPUT button or (input select) button on the Sound Bar for 5 seconds to playback the sample music.
        2. Press the INPUT or (input select) button again to end playback of the sample music and return it to its former state.
