The Computer Doesn't Recognize the Camera or Memory Card

• If the computer fails to connect to multiple USB devices, repair may be required. Contact the manufacturer of the computer for more information.
• If the camera can't connect to the computer and the computer connects to other cameras and USB devices, the camera may require repair.  Go to Product Repair. 

Some types of memory cards can't be read by the computer. If the memory card works in the camera, but the computer can't read it, contact the manufacturer of the computer.
