There is no sound even though track information is showing in the display.
If you are trying to connect a portable device, such as a Bluetooth® wireless device, to the car stereo at the same time that another USB device is connected, sound may be temporarily disabled depending on the USB devices. If this occurs, try one of the following to resolve the issue:
- Disconnect all devices and then reconnect only the USB device.
- If you need the other devices connected, if applicable to your models, the output settings on the USB devices will need to be changed.
- Check the instructions manual supplied with the product for information on changing the output settings. Manuals are posted on your model support page.
- Contact the manufacturer of your USB devices for further assistance.
