My car stereo won't play music from the USB device

Wait for approximately 20 - 30 seconds for your car stereo to recognize a newly-connected USB device. If your stereo doesn't recognize the USB device, disconnect and reconnect it again.

If there is no playback after reconnecting the device, check the following:

• Make sure the USB device isn't empty.
• Make sure the files in your USB device is compatible with your stereo. For information about supported file formats, refer to the product manual. Manuals are posted on your model support page.
