How can I find files received using Bluetooth? (Android 8.0 or higher)

    You can use the built-in file manager to locate, move, copy, rename or share files that you received using Bluetooth®.

    Locate a file received using Bluetooth

    1. Find and tap SettingsStorage.
    2. If your device has an external SD™ card, tap Internal shared storage. If not, go directly to the next step (For Android 13: select SD card in the pulldown menu under Storage).
    3. Find and tap Files.
    4. Tap Downloads.

    Notes:

    • Touch and hold a file icon to (share) it, or tap the menu button (three vertical dots) to move, copy or rename it.
    • You can also download a file manager app from Google Play™ Store. Files received using Bluetooth are found in your file manager's Bluetooth folder.
