Tell me about Creators' Cloud registration and signing in.

You can use the Creators' Cloud service by signing in with your Sony Account. You do not need to sign in to use Monitor & Control.

A Sony account is an account that you can use across various services provided by the Sony Group. You need a Sony account to register for Creators' Cloud.

• About the Sony account

You can cancel your registration in Monitor & Control or on the website. With the following methods, only your Creators' Cloud registration is canceled. Your Sony account registration will remain.

Canceling in the app

First, sign in to the account that you want to cancel. Then select (Menu) → [Settings/Support] → [Account] → [Unregister from Creators' Cloud].

Canceling on the website

Unsubscribe using the following URL.
creatorscloud.sony.net/app/account-close/

Unregister from all services that you have registered for using your Sony Account. When you are no longer registered for any services, your Sony Account will be automatically deleted.
