Unplug the AC power cord and all cables connected to the Soundbar

1. Turn off the device.
2. Unplug the AC power cord and disconnect all the cables connected to the Soundbar.
3. Plug back in just the AC power cord.
4. Turn on the Soundbar, and check if the issue is resolved.
5. f the issue still occurs, turn off the Soundbar and leave it off for at least 30 minutes.
6. Turn on the Soundbar.

Is the issue resolved?

• Yes, the issue is resolved.
  • The issue was caused by a temporary malfunction of the Soundbar.
• No, the issue isn't resolved.
