DEST message appears on my HT-S2000 soundbar
A DEST message typically occurs due to an unexpected power outage.
Follow these steps to troubleshoot the issue. Check if the issue is resolved after completing each step.
- Perform a power reset.
- We recommend unplugging the power cord from the wall outlet for approximately 30 seconds and then plugging it back in. If the power cord is inaccessible, turn OFF the soundbar and then turn it ON again.
- Ensure the firmware is up to date.
Downloads are posted on your model support page.
- Restore the soundbar to initial settings.
If the issue still occurs, the soundbar may require repair.  Go to Product Repair.
