Camera sensing functions:
General specifications
- The camera sensing functions will be available after a software update.
- If your BRAVIA TV supports the camera sensing functions, Proximity Alert is displayed in the BRAVIA CAM settings. On the remote control, press the Quick Settings (

) button, and select Settings → Remotes and accessories → BRAVIA CAM → Proximity Alert.
What is the sensing range of BRAVIA CAM?
The distance from the TV recognized by the camera sensing function is inaccurate.
Auto-adjust Picture & Sound
- Not all TV models support the Auto adjust picture & sound feature. If your BRAVIA TV supports this feature, Auto adjust Picture & Sound or Auto adjust according to viewing position is displayed in the Quick settings or Picture settings:
- On the remote control, press the Quick Settings (

- You can find Auto adjust Picture & Sound or Auto adjust according to viewing position.
- Select Picture settings → Auto adjust with camera.

Video Chat
Your video image is displayed to the other party is displayed, but it is not actually displayed.
LED
What is the white LED indicator on the BRAVIA CAM, and when does it come on?
The camera LED indicator is lit even though the shutter has closed.
Screen and Picture quality
The camera image has white noise while shooting.
The camera image has a flicker.
Software update
After removing and inserting BRAVIA CAM during a camera update, BRAVIA CAM does not respond.
