    Subtitles for video content stored on my USB device aren't displayed in the Media Player subtitle list

    If some of the subtitles contained in the USB device connected to your TV don't show in Media Player, check the following:

    1. Ensure your USB device's subtitle files are in the same folder as the video content.
    2. If the subtitle's file suffix (*.ssa/ *.ass/ *.srt ) has any uppercase characters, change them to lowercase.
    3. For BRAVIA 2 II (S20) and BRAVIA 3 (S30): Make sure the subtitle file name is identical to the video file name. Example:
      • Video file name: XXXXX_YYYYY.mp4
      • Subtitle file name: XXXXX_YYYYY.srt
