I hear cracking or noises when I'm watching TV using the Secondary Audio Program (SAP)

SAP is typically used for receiving secondary audio streams in television broadcasting, such as for alternate languages, audio descriptions, or other supplementary audio
If you experience this issue, it could be related to the strength of the TV broadcast signal.
Changing the audio setting from Auto SAP to Mono will reduce cracking and noisy sound.
- Press the 123/MENU button on the remote control.
- Select MTS audio, then press Enter.
- Select Mono to change the audio setting from Auto SAP to Mono.
