Sound from TV speakers is not in sync with the picture using an HDMI connection

    This issue can occur if the audio format of the HDMI® device connected to the TV is set to bitstream output (Dolby Digital, Dolby Digital Plus, DTS, etc.). To help resolve this issue, change the audio format of the HDMI device to PCM. Refer to the manual of the HDMI device for information on how to change it's audio format.

    For models with Sound mode settings:

    Improve the audio sync by changing the Sound mode of the TV to a setting other than Dolby Audio, such as Standard.

    Note: The TV remote and menu options may vary, for model specific information, refer to your TV manuals .

    1. On the supplied remote, press the Quick Settings gear icon or ACTION MENU button.
    2. Select Sound or Sound adjustments.
    3. Select Sound mode and then choose an alternate setting.
