    How to setup the Google TV to work with the Google Home app

    If your BRAVIA™ TV with Google TV™ shows an offline status in the Google Home™ app and will not power on, follow these steps:

    1. Make sure to connect the TV and the device with the Google Home app to the same home network.
    2. Using the supplied remote:
        • For 2024 Google TV models:
          • Select Settings → Network & Internet → Remote Start → On.
        • For 2021 (J series) and 2022 (K series) Google TV models:
          • Select Settings → Network & Internet → Remote Start → On (Networked Standby) or On (Powered by apps).
        • For 2020 (H series) Google TV models:
          • Select Settings → Network & Internet → Remote Start → On.
          • Select Settings → Network & Internet → Home Network → IP control → Simple IP control → On.

    Note: The TV will consume more power in standby mode with this option enabled.
