How do I pair the voice command remote control to my TV?

If voice commands stop working after a TV software update was installed or if the remote control was replaced, follow these steps to pair the remote control to the TV again.

Note: Your remote control supports the Voice search function if it has the microphone mark or button.

Steps to unpair the remote control and then pair it again

1. Unpair the remote control from the TV.
   Note: If the remote control is a replacement and never paired to your TV, skip this step.
   1. On the supplied IR remote control, press the HOME button.
   2. Select Settings.
   3. Under Network & Accessories category, select Bluetooth settings.
   4. Select Device list.
   5. Select SONY TV REMOTE 001 or SONY TV RC MIC 001.
   6. Select Unpair.
   7. Select OK.
2. Pair the remote control to the TV.
   1. Press the HOME button.
   2. Select Settings.
   3. Under Network & Accessories category, select Touchpad Remote Control settings or Voice Remote Control.
   4. Select Pair Touchpad Remote Control or Activate the MIC button.
   5. Follow the on-screen instructions.
