My Android TV screen turns black when pressing certain buttons on the remote while using the Netflix app.
This is normal operation. A black screen may appear while using the Netflix® app before selected menu items are displayed after pressing the following buttons on the supplied Android™ TV remote:
- ACTION MENU
- DISCOVER
- INPUT
