Can't access the Google Play Store, Movies & TV, Music (Google play), YouTube, or Games apps

    An internet connection and the correct Date & time settings are required to access network services from Google Play™ Store, Movies & TV, YouTube™ app, or the Games apps.

    Check your device manual if model specific information is needed to perform any step.

    1. Check the network status. Make sure your TV is connected to the internet.
      1. On the supplied remote, press the HOME button.
      2. Select Help.
        • If Help isn't shown, select AppsHelp.
        • You can also press the HELP button on the supplied remote to display the Help options.
      3. Select Internet connectivity symptoms.
    2. Set the correct Date & time settings.

    Note: If the date and time settings aren't set correctly, the following functions may not work properly.

    • Search/Voice Search
    • Voice Actions
    • Backdrop (screen saver with scenic pictures)
