The Amazon (Prime Video) app is not working or a specific issue occurs when attempting to use the app
If the Prime Video™ app isn't responding when you select it, make sure that your device has the latest system software update installed.
- If the app doesn't appear in the device menu, it indicates that the device doesn't support the Prime Video app or you are accessing the app in an unsupported region or country.
- Make sure the TV time and date settings of the TV are set correctly.
- For Android TV™ models, refer to this article if Error 9353 appears on the Amazon™ Video app.
- For LCD TVs that aren't Android TV, articles that address Prime Video sign in/sign out errors or errors when attempting to play Prime Video titles are available.
Updates can be easily downloaded and installed through the Settings menu by using the Network Update feature. Refer to the manual supplied with the device for additional information regarding Network Updates feature or locating the Settings menu.
