Can I turn off or disable the Info Banner display on my TV?

Follow these steps:

1. Open the Settings screen.
   • If the remote control has a Quick Settings button, press the (Quick Settings) button → select Settings.
   • If the remote control does not have a Quick Settings button, press the HOME button → select Settings.
2. The next steps will depend on your TV menu options:
   • Select Channels & Inputs → Info banner → set to disable.
   • Select Watching TV → Info banner → Hidden or set to disable.
   • Select Channels → Info banner → Hidden or Off.
   • Select Channel setup → Info banner → Off or set to disable.

How to hide the Info Banner

1. On the remote control, press the HOME button.
2. Select Settings.
3. Select Preferences.
4. Select Set Up.
   Note: If Set up is not shown, skip this step.
5. Select Info Banner.
6. Select Hidden (other options are Large or Small).

Notes:

• Available options may differ depending on your region or country.
• Depending on the TV models, the Info Banner cannot be completely turned off or disabled.
• Some TVs have an On and Off setting in the General Settings menu. However, the Off setting does not completely disable the banner but only minimizes the amount of information displayed in the banner.
• Each time the DISPLAY or Info button is pressed, the Info Banner appears or disappears. If you leave the Info Banner on the screen, it displays for only 30 seconds and then disappears on its own.
• If model-specific information is required, refer to the operating instructions supplied with the product.
