What is Screen mirroring?
Screen mirroring is a display technology for mobile devices using Miracast™ technology. You can send audio/video content from your smartphone, tablet, personal computer, or other mobile device to a compatible TV or projector.

- Project content from mobile devices to compatible car systems
- Share a laptop screen with a conference room projector in real time
- Work on a presentation while sending premium/copy protected content (streamed Blu-ray Disc™ movie) to the TV display
- Supports a wide range of audio/video formats to promote ease of use and extend battery life in mobile devices
Notes:
- In order to use wireless Screen mirroring, all devices must support Miracast technology.

- Follow these steps to setup Screen mirroring for computers and laptops using the Microsoft® Windows® 10 or Microsoft Windows 8.1 operating systems.
- For legacy display units that do not have internet capability but have an HDMI® port, you can use an MHL™ wired connection to facilitate Screen mirroring.
- Screen mirroring is not supported by Apple® devices. Use the Wi-Fi Direct® or the Apple Air Play® feature, depending on the TV model.
