Try one of the following possible solutions

    • Change the TV channel to another broadcaster. If the audio sync is correct, then the issue is coming from the source audio of the program you are watching. It is not a TV audio malfunction.
    • Sometimes external devices connected to the TV, such as receivers or sound bars, have a specific setting for lip sync. Check the settings of your external device. If you are unsure whether your external device features such a setting, check your instruction manual.
