Significant audio-video lip-sync delay when listening via a Bluetooth device
IMPORTANT: This article only applies to specific products. Check the Applicable Products of this article.
When A/V Sync is set to Off, audio output delay may occur due to limitations of Bluetooth® devices that use the A2DP profile.
To activate the A/V Sync, follow these steps:
- Press the
(Quick Settings) button on the remote control.
- Select Settings → Display & Sound → Audio output → Audio system settings → A/V sync.
- Select On.
Note: If you are using Multi-View or Game Mode, you can't activate A/V Sync due to system limitations.
We recommend using the TV speakers or wired devices connected through HDMI HDMI or digital optical cables for audio output.
