YouTube Kids is moving

After August 25, 2025, you have a new way to easily switch to YouTube Kids on smart TVs, streaming devices, or game consoles. Previously, you had to navigate to the YouTube Kids app icon on your TV to get to the YouTube Kids experience. But now, you can easily select your child's profile from within the YouTube app, and you'll be brought right to the new YouTube Kids experience on TV. Access YouTube Kids

1. Open the YouTube app on your smart TV, streaming device, or game console.
2. On the Who's watching screen, select your child's YouTube Kids profile or create a new YouTube Kids profile.
   
   Note

   If you don't see the Who's watching screen, go to the left-hand navigation menu and select your profile picture at the top of the screen.
