The TV sensors don't work preventing remote control use and brightness adjustments

There's a remote control light receiving sensor and an ambient light sensor near the bottom center of the TV screen. Placing something in the front of the TV, such as a soundbar, or any other object, can block the sensors and prevent them from working properly. Move all obstacles away from the TV until the sensors operate normally.

Notes:

• Make sure the blue protective tape is removed from the sensors.
• If the environmental light sensor is ON, try turning it OFF.
