No picture shows in the Picture-in-Picture (PIP) window of the television.

Follow the steps below to troubleshoot this issue.
- Ensure the video source is turned on.
- Ensure the video source is connected to an available VIDEO input jack on the back of the television.
IMPORTANT: The VIDEO 5 input cannot be used to view a program in the PIP window.
- On the television remote control, press the TV FUNCTION button.
- On the television remote control, in the PIP section, press the TV/VIDEO button to select the appropriate video input for the PIP window.
- If the issue is not resolved, connect the Audio/Video (A/V) cable from the video source to a different VIDEO input jack on the television.
- On the television remote control, in the PIP section, press the TV/VIDEO button to select the appropriate video input for the PIP window.
- If the issue is not resolved, replace the A/V cable.  Go to Parts and Accessories. 
NOTE: If the issue is still unresolved after completing all of the troubleshooting steps, service may be required.  Go to Product Repair.
