Reset Remote Control to Factory Specifications

1. Remove the batteries from your remote control.

   How to open the battery compartment cover may vary by model number. Below are the most common ways to open the remote battery compartment cover.

   

   

2. On the remote control, press every button twice.

3. Reinstall the batteries.

   • We don't recommend using rechargeable batteries.
   • Make sure that you installed the batteries correctly. Match the and poles on the batteries to the markings inside the battery compartment.

     

   • Make sure to use new batteries.

If the issue is still occurs, the remote control may need to be replaced.  Go to Parts and Accessories.
