Charge your headphones and turn them on

Follow these steps to charge and turn on your headphones. If model-specific information is required to complete any step, check your manual. Manuals are posted on your model support page.

1. Using the supplied power cord, plug in your headphones to a working wall outlet.
   • Your headphones are charging if the indicator lights up in red.

     

2. After the headphones are fully charged, press and hold the   button for about two seconds until the indicator flashes to turn it on.

Does your headphones turn on and produce sound?

• Yes, it turned on produces sound.
  • A low battery level the issue and isn't a malfunction.
• Yes, it turned on, but doesn't produce sound.
• No, they don't turn on.
  • Your headphones may not be charging properly. Follow the Cannot Charge section for a solution.
