When two devices are connected with LE audio, I can't connect to the paired device using the Sony | Sound Connect app

    Low Energy (LE) Audio is a revolutionary technology that enhances audio streaming while conserving battery life. However, some users may encounter issues when trying to connect to a paired device using the Sony | Sound Connect app while two devices are already connected via LE Audio. This article handles the situation where multipoint connection is established and you cannot switch to the other devices already paired.

    Depending on the connected devices, the headphones may be unable to connect to the paired device using the Sony | Sound Connect app (you can do this by tapping Connected Device(s)Manage Connected Devices screen).

    If the Sony | Sound Connect app does not allow you to switch connections between paired devices, the issue can often be resolved by manually adjusting the Bluetooth settings on the device you wish to connect. Switch the connection to the other paired device using the device’s Bluetooth Settings screen.
