Headband repair for WH-1000XM4 and WH-1000XM5 headphones
If the headband of your WH-1000XM4 or WH-1000XM5 headphones breaks, we have partnered with Microland, to offer a low-cost repair for a fixed fee of $150 for the WH-1000XM4, or $145 for the WH-1000XM5, CAD plus tax and shipping.
This price includes the replacement headband and labor. Please note that this offer is only for a broken headband on the WH-1000XM4 and WH-1000XM5 and is not available for other headphone models or any other service issue.
To take advantage of this offer, you must contact Microland directly as Sony cannot schedule the repair for you.
