The headphones do not charge (headband / in-ear)

    Check the following:

    • Try charging with the supplied USB Type-C® cable.
    • We recommend charging the headphones in a place with an ambient temperature between 15 °C and 35 °C (59 °F - 95 °F). Efficient charging may not be possible beyond this range.
    • Reset the headphones.

For details on how to reset the headphones, refer to the Help Guide.
Hint: If your headphones model does not appear in the device list of the playback device, turn off the Bluetooth setting in the device and turn it on again, or leave the Bluetooth setting once and return to try the connection again.

    • Initialize the headphones, and then try the pairing again.

For details on how to Initialize the headphones, refer to the Help Guide.
Note: Initialization returns the headphones to the factory settings and all Bluetooth pairing information is deleted.

Hint: When using the headphones while charging, charging will stop at approximately 80% (if the battery level is more than 80%, charging will not start). The value is a rough estimate. The value may vary depending on the ambient environment.

Refer to the following depending on the way you charge:

    • When charging with a USB AC adaptor
      • Make sure the USB AC adaptor is securely connected to a working AC outlet.
      • If you use a commercially available USB AC adaptor, use the USB AC adaptor that can deliver a current output of 1.5 A.
    • When charging with a computer
      • Make sure the supplied USB Type-C cable is properly connected to the USB port of the computer.
      • Check that the computer is turned on. Turn the computer on or wake it up if it is in Standby (Sleep) or Hibernation mode.
      • Connect the headphones directly to the computer, not using a USB hub.
      • There may be an issue with the USB port of the connected computer. If your computer has multiple USB ports, connect the headphones to another USB port, and try charging again.
      • Update the OS of the computer to the latest version.
      • If the issue persists after checking all the conditions listed, restart the computer, and then reconnect the USB Type-C cable.
