I downloaded an eBook from the Pottermore® website but it does not appear in the Reader for PC or Mac software.
If you used the Sony Reader™ option and had the Reader software open, you will need to close the software and open it again. The book should now appear.
If you used the Direct download option, you will need to either import or drag and then drop the saved file into the Reader for PC or Mac software.
