How to lock or unlock the Reader.

1. Press the Home button.
2. Tap the Settings tab.
3. On the Settings tab, tap System Management.
4. In the System Management menu, tap Device Lock.
5. On the Device Lock screen, in the Turn field, tap On.
6. Use the on-screen number pad to enter a 4-digit code.
7. Tap OK.

   NOTE: The Device Lock will activate when the Reader is turned off.

NOTE: If you forgot your 4-digit code, the only option is to do a hard reset and erase all the content on the Reader Digital Book .

1. Use the on-screen number pad to enter a 4-digit code
2. Tap OK.

   If you wish to turn the Device lock feature off, continue to the next steps:

   1. In the Home screen, tap Settings.
   2. On the Settings tab, tap System Management.
   3. In the System Management menu, tap Device Lock.
   4. Use the on-screen number pad to enter a 4-digit code.
   5. Tap OK.
   6. On the Device Lock screen, in the Turn filed, tap Off.
   7. Tap OK.
