Unable to turn on a powered USB hard disk drive (HDD) when connected to the TV.
NOTE: Not all TVs are supplied with a USB input that supports a USB HDD. To see if your TV supports the use of a USB HDD, check the specifications or the instructions manual supplied with the product. Manuals are posted on your model support page.
The TV is designed to supply USB2 standard power of 5 volts at 500mA (2.5 W).
If the external USB HDD exceeds 500mA (2.5W), an external power supply must be used.
